What services do you offer?
We offer hair styling, hair cutting, make-up, and men’s grooming. We are also do styling for weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs and special event parties. Do I get to choose my hair/make-up Pro
Yes! We curate the talent to bring you a selection of hair and make-up stylists that meet our high industry standards.
Can you browse the talent and choose your Pro?
Yes! You can learn about the Pros by visiting the PRO page on our website, or go to BOOK and enter your criteria and the Pros that match your dates will come up. You can compare the Pros that come up in the search and decide which one is right for you.

Do you charge tax?
Yes. New York State mandates we charge 4.875% sales tax. A New York City tax is also charged for in-home services.
How can I pay?
You can use any major credit card: American Express, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept cash or checks because we act as an agent for you and the Pros. By holding the payment we guarantee you won’t lose your money if the Pro doesn’t show up or if you are unhappy with your service.
Why can’t I book a Pro more than a week in advance?
Most of our Pros work for major fashion magazines, advertising brands and celebrities. Because of this they can’t commit to long-term personal bookings.
Can I send a Pro a special request?
Yes! You can send it to us at info@stylebookings.com and we will make sure the Pro gets it.
Why are Executive Pros more expensive than Associate Pros?
Executive Pros are more expensive because they have more experience - at least fifteen years in the beauty and fashion industry.
Why are Associate Pros less expensive than Executive Pros?
These Pros are newer to the industry but have worked closely with many of our Executive Pros and are very talented in their own right.
Why do I need to use my credit card?

Beauty Call Questions

How long does each appointment take?
It depends on the service:
- Hair styling is about one hour.
- Hair cutting and styling is about one and a half hours.
- Hair and make-up is about two hours.
- Make-up is about one hour.
What should I do to get ready for my Pro?
It depends on your service. If it’s a hair service, please have clean hair; wet or dry is fine. If it's a make-up service, have a clean face. Please place a chair in a clear area with natural light if possible.
What If I cancel with fewer than 24 hours advance notice?
You will be charged full price. Because the Pros run their own businesses and make their own schedules, they make the final decision whether they will make up your appointment or not. We can ask them on your behalf to reschedule but we can’t guarantee they will.
What if my Pro cancels 24 hour in advance?
We will give you a full refund if you wish or we will work with you to replace your Pro with someone who is just as good.
What if I cancel with more than 24 hours advance notice?
If you cancel with more than 24 hours advance notice we will give you a full refund.
What if I have allergies to products?
Please let us know at info@stylebookings.com and let the Pro know before your appointment. Make sure to include your confirmation #.
Do I have to clean up after the service?
You shouldn’t have to. For haircutting services, the Pros will bring their own floor covering and will remove it when they are done with the service. You will also be covered with a haircutting cape. The other services don’t make a mess.
Should I tip my Pro?
That's up to you. If you're really happy with the service, your Pro will appreciate it.
What should I do if I’m going to be late?
Please contact us immediately at 929.400.3261 or info@stylebookings.com and reference your booking number and the Pro's name and time and we will contact the Pro for you..
What type of products do the StyleBookings Pros carry?
It depends. All the Pros carry their own products and these can vary. What you can count on is that they are high-quality products and are clean and well maintained.
What if I don’t like what my Pro has done?
Please communicate clearly with your Pro at the start of your appointment. Show them pictures and tell them what you're looking for, so your Pro can make sure you look exactly how you want.
